About Mount Villa
At the foot of the Helderberg
Mount Villa is a home owners' association in Somerset West, in the heart of the Cape Winelands. The Association's Constitution and Conduct Rules guide the management, upkeep, and control of the estate.
Owners elect a board of trustees at the Annual General Meeting, with day-to-day administration handled on behalf of the community. A single access-controlled entrance and one-way internal roads help keep the estate safe and peaceful.
